Keen Parts has just released a correct reproduction of the round dash vent air outlet ball found on 1968 – 1977 Chevrolet Corvette’s. They have the correct black inside with the chrome plated edges and outer finish. There were two vents used in the car, and they are interchangeable between left and right. The vent, (part # 110139) can be purchased directly from our website at KeenParts.com. While replacing the vents, you should also replace the seals around them, 185008, to keep air from leaking around the edges.

How are these balls removed and replaced?
They are removed from the back side of each dash panel. They are sandwiched between two plastic housings that mount to the dash panel. Be sure to replace the felt seals as well, while you are in there.
